I just saw Nani for a climbing related injury. I am beyond impressed with the genuine interest Nani took in the injury itself, and how my body has healed over the past few months, since the initial injury. She took her time doing a detailed thorough assessment, and gave me targeted exercises which are totally doable (not too many and not too few).

Nani is professional yet easy to converse with, and has so much knowledge about climbing and the body. She went above and beyond. I left feeling positive about my rehabilitation journey, and motivated to do my exercises, which is what my mind and body need right now!

This was one of my most positive physio experiences. I would have no hesitation recommending Nani to anyone, particularly those dealing with climbing injuries.

Had such a great experience here!! I went for my first physio appointment with Josh, he was super professional and knowledgable. I feel like I left with great tools to fix up my knee pain. Everyone was so friendly the space is very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The therapists at Altitude are top notch. I have been there several times over the years and I always get the treatment and exercises I need to get back to skating, snowboarding, skiing and hiking. True professionals, you won't regret doing your rehab here. I have worked with most of the therapists and they are all amazing at what they do.

Josh! What a guy. He worked SO late to accommodate our booking after a mix up with another booking. He was so knowledgeable and wanted to give us more knowledge to take home after our trip. My boyfriend got a deep tissue back massage and I got the deep tissue foot massage. The clinic is so nice, so clean and you are welcome to use there equipment. Loved the location, right next to our hotel.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Always having good experiences here. I love to support local, female owned businesses. These guys here are always making you feel welcome and safe. They are there to help. They are there to listen and empower you! Just can't say much too bad about them.

Great place to go for physio, Rebecca is wonderful and I just had an appointment with Josh about my stubborn TMJ and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, modern, and centrally located. I highly recommend 👍
