I had a 90 minute massage with Julie today and it was phenomenal. The perfect blend of required body work and alignment with relaxation. She's so lovely!

I was visiting Banff when I came down with vertigo. Was able to book into Banff Physio within a day. Tom was a godsend. He treated me for the condition; explaining along the way what he was going to do, why it needed to be done and was genuine and supportive throughout the process. Front desk staff were also super helpful, contacting me early to let me know I could come in early due to another cancellation. Would definitely recommend.

I felt very comfortable in seeking physio therapy with this company. The staff are compassionate, mindful and there to focus on my goals, within my financial abilities and to make sure to be respectful to identify using the names that work for me even if that differed from my legal name. So grateful for the service.

I went in with severe back-aches from long drives at banff and was able to receive acute care to remedy the situation. Tom also went above and beyond and gave me care guides and facilitated conversations with other Physiotherapists in Toronto to ensure continued access to care.

Having spent a number of years going from one physiotherapist to another, I landed with Jazz at Banff Physical Therapy. The treatments that I am receiving have help my neck and arm pain so very much. I will definitely continue receiving my treatments with Jazz.
As well, my husband had hip replacement surgery a year ago and Jazz successfully help him regain his mobility and strength. I am having a hip replacement as well and when it is time, I will be seeing Jazz for treatments.
The staff are always very personable and professional, making each visit a comfortable experience.
