Banff Car Wash

Excellent 4 bay car wash just outside of Banff. Not expensive and the power wash and brush worked very well. Water was warm enough to remove all the salt and grime on the car. We were able to clean our full size SUV for just 6 C$. A full wash with all programs would have been around 10-12 C$ for a SUV. We will be back :-)

The place is nice and well organized, if you have any problem, the owner is pick up his phone with in one call and solve the problem. All in all, both the husband and wife is so helpful. I always prefer to wash my car here.

By far the worst of the worst car wash I've ever been.
1 dollar gets you around 30ish seconds of time to clean.

So you end up spending just as much or more than in a real car wash.

If at least the result would be having a clean car.... but all you get is a half clean car and the sope won't even clean properly.

I'll drive next town to finish it. rather spend more on fuel than having this nonsense 30 seconds per dollar. what a joke

Literally 1$ for 49sec... Bring at least 20$ if you want to clean your car properly!

After a massive price increase, it cost me about $15 to wash our small SUV properly. Today the 24 hour carwash was "closed for maintenance". would have been nice to make note of this on the website. Also nowhere any mention on how long this "maintenance" is going to take.

Self Wand wash. 2 large bays with 4 payment machines. Open year round. Coin or credit card operated. Cash machine on site for bills to coin. Usually no line up to enter. Vacuum available outside. Garbage bins inside.

Shuts down without notice, it's -1C so temperature is not the reason. no update on website, no update on Google, just a sign in the front "closed for maintenance" this maintenance is going to take a while since no one is present. sign also doesn't state when maintenance is done. But as with many things in Banff, you have no other option, so owner probably can't care less.

Nice car wash, only 4 bays but very roomy and spacious. I give props to the manager of this establishment, as I have come to realize the trick at most car washes that costs the customers that little extra each time. That trick I speak of.... Of course is that 30-45 second delay when switching settings i.e. from soap to rinse etc... It may not be an issue to most, but as an almost daily patron in the winter it is beginning to grind my gears!!! However I didn't seem to notice that little scam at this facility... So kudos to the owner, Mike I believe is his name (I apologize if it's not) for running an honest place.
