We have been dealing with this business for 8 years. Today I drove for 4 hours. 2 hours to Westlock and 2 hours home. Once I arrived home, I discovered that I was sold the wrong parts. The manager, Marvin, made it right. He is delivering the correct parts. Quick and easy solution. No finger pointing. Accountability.

Charged way too much to split a tractor, then repair price substantially increased so when we came to pick up tractor, parts like shrapnel in a crate in back alley. Likely never going to put it back together with what was tossed in that box. They really do not care.

I always enjoy going to Martin Deerline in Westlock. Knowledgeable and friendly, prices suck but that's not their fault, they try and find alternatives if possible.
