No signs requiring prepayment. Attendant ignored me while I waited at the pump (2 attempts to use) before finally garbled something into intercom.

If people want to use your convenience, they don't want to pay transaction fees twice. Prepayment is also fine, but please inform us.

if you can avoid this place do it. The staff are extremely rude, the pumps weren't working and there was no willingness to help or answer questions. I regret stopping for gas here. Don't waste your money, pick a different place.

Scammed us out of an additional $100 (on top of the $60 for gas) then proceeds to tell us that it's "out of their hands" and refuses to pay us back the $100. Overall, terrible place

Stopped for gas and while my husband filled up, took the dog to the grass in between those station and the hotel to pee on the grass only to be berated by the person working at this station. Was told about a sign posted which is small and not easily seen below a bigger brighter sign saying no smoking. If you need gas and have a pet that needs to "answer nature" do not stop here!

Went Friday August 19, 2021 at 5:15 am . Coffee tastes a week old. Worst I’ve ever had

Stopped to fuel up two motorbikes today around 4pm. Staff member came out to tell us we can’t fuel up two vehicles in one transaction, and then ripped on me for vaping away from pumps. My boyfriend and I have never had a problem doing this and we do it regularly. Just got back from a 2000kms trip, fuelling up every 150-200kms two bikes at a time, this was the only place to rudely tell us not to. Staff member glared at me out the window the entire time. Washrooms we’re “out of order”…. Or so the laminated sign said… Got me wondering where staff uses the washroom in an 8 hour shift? Will not ever stop here again.

This Shell could use some work. Despite the shop keeper being very kind, the washrooms were quite dirty, and the coffee station was clean, but limited.

As well, I am usually not picky, but the temperature on their coffee was way too hot. It was well above scalding. I have a strong resistance to temperatures, but this was not food safe.

I will likely not stop here again.

If a credit/debit card tap feature is not working the staff should have a tap card inside the store or a manual override switch so customers can still pay for Tire Inflation. 1 out 5 stars because "it's not my problem" and the phone number you gave me was for an after hours hotline, in a foreign country.
