A & W was never my favorite burger joint and this one continues to disappoint. Great place to do some training on food prep. The staff seems caring and friendly, however my burger was barely warm and poorly garnished. That's the second time this summer, for sure the last time.

We had a poor experience here. We asked for no sauce on a burger. Got sauce. Asked if there was a fork in the bag for the poutine. She said yes. No fork. Also no napkins. No smile. Nothing. We were the only ones in the drive thru. Won't return.

This was absolutely the worst a and w I have been too in a long time. The staff was friendly and nice but sweet f@ck did it take a long time to get a burger almost 30min wait I could have gone to restaurant

Got my food quickly this morning. Very nice service regardless of the lineup. Highly recommended.

I usually never leave negative reviews but this has been happening too much. The place wasn’t very busy yet they forgot to add items that were paid for. We bought breakfast with hash browns, when the lady at the window handed the bag over she recited the order exactly, but once we got home, which is out of town, they didn’t put the hash browns in the bag. The kids will only eat the hash browns so now they don’t get the breakfast they were looking forward to. To top that off, even if we wanted to drive the 15 minutes back to town we couldn’t prove anything because they never gave us a receipt! This happens frequently here. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food we did get was good. I would suggest you don’t leave the window until you’ve made sure you are getting everything you paid for.

Pretty poor experience,I used to work at this location and have eaten a &w for years. Last time i was here 3 months ago i got very sick from the onion rings. I decided to give it another go. I got the spicy habanaro chicken with onion rings again. My bun was stale and the sandwich tasted like it was sitting there for hours, my onion rings were burnt and rubbery ( they get rubbery if they sit for to long so they were for sure old)
I took them back for fries. Which also tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours. Terrible food. I wont be coming back.

Excellent service. Very clean place and we got our order quickly. Ordered spicy habanero burger, mama burger and kids meal. No complaints. I love A&W these days as I’m bored of McD.

Got a moldy sausage and egger. Didn’t check it till we left, I called to tell them about it so they wouldn’t serve moldy buns to anyone else. They didn’t care. Just be careful check your buns.
