Shout out to the Vegreville Post Office, specifically Melanie, on outstanding customer service. I live in Ontario, my mother in Vegreville. During these trying times, I understand that the postal service may be slow and parcels lost. My delivery date extended day after day and when I was notified that the parcel had been delivered, but in fact not there, I contacted the Vegreville Post Office directly. Melanie was one of the most professional customer service representatives I have spoken to. Friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I've been in Human Resources for over 20 years and you have a gem there! People like this deservie recognition and today, I'm giving it to you Melanie. Keep up the great work and thanks again for you assistance in finding our parcel. Merry Christmas!
