TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff at this branch are the best! They are always very helpful and professional. I actually enjoy going to the bank because of how awesome everyone is at TD Stony Plain. Keep up the great work.

The bank tellers are very friendly and inviting, I unfortunately or fortunately don't have direct deposit through my employer so I need to deposit my cheques manually. Every time have gone there I wait maybe at max 10 minutes, (usually around lunch) but typically I am the only one there. My home branch is in Spruce Grove but they are too much of a disaster for me to even want to go there. I appreciate all that the Stony Plain TD does, keep up the good work!

Been back and forth dealing with my Dad's estate with this bank and BMO. These folks are always ready to help and patient even when it is obvious I am frustrated with the Estate process. Highly recommend this crew.

It's disheartening when you're given attitude by a bank teller, who has the power to assist you and make your experience a great one - but instead uses the small amount of power that they have to make your experience the most negative one you've ever had. That hailey is not helping at all . deny me -to get even 2k - (deposited :$25 k)she said needs 5banking days to clear. need it so i can get some mat'ls for the weekend whjle weather is not too cold . I deposted it monday cant 2 k on friday. Really? Seems she wanted me to beg ro my money

To the manager of TD Stony Plain: I do business with your branch because it is the only one near me (other than Spruce Grove which is worse). TD’s unprofessionalism is embarrassing. If I dress casually or in work wear, I get treated like a suspect when I come in to withdraw money. This is after giving the PIN for my card that has my name stamped on it and providing government photo ID. That should be enough. I also do not appreciate tellers discussing my account information with me loudly in a busy bank. “DO YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE ACCOUNT WITH DOLLARS?” This isn’t an isolated incident with an individual employee so please don’t ask me to contact you with more details. This is enough information. It should encourage you to create/reinforce a higher sense of professionalism and discretion in your bank.

Always nice, Best bank workers in all Parkland everyone who gave a bad review are just typical Karens. OR grumpy old men who are mad at themselves more then anything!
