Probably the slowest diesel pump I have ever used. I nicely complained to the clerk. Blank stare back. I won't be going back with the volume of fuel I need to purchase daily.

Would be zero. Ignorant staff. Pump interact not working gave them cash filled went in to collect remaining cash male fake swiped Petro points. I asked if they went though female says it has to be before and I said you should have asked me for it. Female starts arguing saying I walked away to fast but I had to ask her if I come back for extra cash she had opportunity. Never before had bad service at Petro.

Terrible customer service. Clerk sold a defective gcore vape and when brought issue up that he sold a broken unit he laughed and acted like it wasn’t his problem.

Super frustrated last time I went in. PETROCANADA has their points card where you get points for every $$$ purchased to redeem for gas, or car wash or other items in store. I have the card hooked up to bank card to get even better savings! My points are well over 40 000 and decided instead of using my card for an under $5 purchase I would use points. This is second time ever tried to use points and it didn't work, the girl said they were updating app blah, blah, blah I mentioned that wasnthe same excuse the first time I tried. I mentioned I was from B.C. and she replied oh well that's why it won't work! You have to use in your province! What a load, I can't believe that a CANADIAN owned company that will let me BUY gas anywhere and earn the points won't let me redeem them anywhere... big BOO to PETRO CANADA
