This is the second time now where I have deposited cash in the drive thru atm and almost 4 days later its still not deposited into my account. The first time someone missed it and a couple weeks later I called. Good thing I phoned them or else who knows if It would ever have gone in to my account. I just switched to atb and I now plan on changing banks because of this hassle. I also find they are not friendly In this branch compared to my previous bank .

Nice people, but make mistakes often. I've had to change my address several times in order for them to get it correctly.
