Bennefit - Personal and Group Training

I’ve been training at Bennefit with Josh and his team for nearly 2 years now and love it. Josh has created a motivating and inclusive atmosphere where everyone is striving for their health and fitness goals but at the same time supporting each other and making it an enjoyable place to work out. Each workout is different and set out for you so you don’t have to think too much, you just have to do it. An awesome gym to be a part of!

Love Bennefit. Honestly I have never been to a gym that has a more positive and welcoming environment and the classes always have some spice! And everyone at the gym is a genuinely nice person, they definitely leave the egos at the door. Plus all the challenges they run are super fun and its so nice to see everyone come together competitively whilst being a super supportive community at the same time. Best gym in the Shire, and Sydney and everywhere!

One of the best gyms, run by one of the best blokes in the shire! The atmosphere and community at Bennefit is like no other. All members feel welcomed and encouraged to reach their own individual goals. I have been attending the gym for over 12 months and I have never felt more supported by a trainer/gym owner. Josh always takes the time to not only plan fantastic classes for everyone but individualise the training sessions to make sure they are always pushing me to my limits (which is often further then I thought I could achieve). Josh has achieved so much at Bennefit in a short period of time whilst always maintaining his integrity and kindness to everyone who walks through the door. I am proud to say I am a part of the Bennefit family.
Cannot recommend this place enough for all fitness levels and to any person who wants to achieve real results!

I joined Bennefit nearly 18 months ago and it was by far the best decision i could have made for health, fitness and wellbeing. The atmosphere, people and Trainers at Bennefit are what makes this place so addictive. Never once have i felt intimidated by the energetic culture that us both friendly and encouraging! Josh and his team go above and beyond to welcome you and to ensure you are benefiting from each session. A huge thanks to Josh and Bennefit HQ for helping me lose 17 kilos (so far) and improving my life ten fold.

I have been going to Bennefit for over a year now and I can’t imagine training anywhere else. Josh is an awesome trainer who gets the best out of everyone and makes every session feel like a PT. Everyone is working at different levels but no one feels left behind or out of place. I’ve lost 8kg since starting at Bennefit but it’s not just about that, I feel fitter and stronger every day and I really enjoy turning up every morning. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have been at Bennefit for almost three years now and I have loved every second of it! Bennefit caters to all skill levels, injuries and disabilities. I find Bennefit to be an extremely motivating gym in which all staff dedicate their time inside and outside of the gym to ensure that you are getting the best support possible.

I have now been a member at Bennefit for 3 years and after trying many gyms it is honestly the best!! Josh is super friendly and knows how to challenge you so that you reach your goals. He is invested in your personal development and you are never just another number. Not to mention how friendly the atmosphere is and all of the other members!!! Over the last 3 years I have never attended two sessions that are the same, nor left without feeling like a sweaty mess. If you want to challenge yourself and reach your fitness goals do yourself a favour and try it out!!!
