Excellent service. Best customer service I have seen anywhere. I live in the Eastern Suburbs and I travel to this shop because they are absolutely fantastic in every way.

Very dishonest people to deal with. The store was referred by Samsung as authorise repair centre but can not give you a ticket for to raise issue with Samsung. On the phone, they quoted 1,065$ and later when they knew I have checked on Samsung's website ($740) and get quote somewhere else for $865. They called you again and quote to match the price again.

Great experience. Repaired my son's phone within the week after a motherboard issue before moving to Melbourne. Great customer service.

I am regular here from long . The staff is really helpful , honest and trained staff. They have everything here from new phone , phone repairs , cables , phone covers, speakers . I always buy new phones of them and get my devices repaired as well when i break them. Good to see you guys opened during these tough times as well and helping the community. I want definitely give you 10 Stars if google will allow me to.

I had amazing experiences with TWO CHUBBY guys.Absolutely amazing, I brought iPhone 6 and iPhone 11 a week ago, which was said it could not be repaired at any cost from well known repair centre at Sydney. They repaired within 3days and I got my precious data and phone back with me.

Roger and I had our phones repaired by Phone Repair Centre St Mary's and we are both very impressed with the service we received. We dropped the phones in and had them back within a couple of days. The service from the very beginning was excellent. We would highly recommend Phone Repair Centre St Mary's.

The guys at Pro Phone Repair Centre St Mary’s are great to deal with and they very are helpful and follow up with the manufacturer of the phone being repaired in my case it was a Samsung Fold 3 with main screen blackout and it needed to be replaced they replaced the screen and the 2 batteries under warranty much to my surprise at no cost to me.I now have phone back and works like it was a new one. Again thank you to all the staff at the repair centre and Samsung

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! These people are crooks!!! Dishonest liars!!!! I needed a new phone case and also had a gel phone cover installed on my Samsung s20+... they needed 10-15 minutes to install.... so I left and came back. On return the phone was in new case and I paid and left. Later that night I noticed the gel cover was bubbling on the left side, that’s when I noticed back edge of the screen was cracked on the same side as bubbling.. the next day Tuesday the 1st of November, I took the phone back.. there were different staff that day, I explained what had happened and that I knew my phone was not broken before I handed phone to them. I explained that the staff member had held the phone in his hand and inspected it while he was explaining the benefits of gel over glass cover.. the crack wasn’t there then??? I said look at the cameras and you will see there’s no crack... I am very meticulous about my phone and always keep it inside a folder type case.
The staff member immediately dismissed my complaint and said “there’s no way we did that, it can’t happen”... the guy was arrogant and dismissive, he then disappeared in the back for a couple of minutes, returned and said he didn’t see anything on the video.... He said he’d call the owner and get back to me... he got my number and name. But of course no one bothered to call me...so I returned this morning Wednesday the 2nd of November 2022. It was the same guy as yesterday, as soon as he saw me he rolled his eyes.. that’s the level of contempt these people have for their customers... I said no one called me and he said “there’s nothing to say”. Outrageous!!!!
You know, it’s not the cost to fix the back screen ($70)... that really upsets me.. it’s the disrespect, the dishonesty and the blatant disregard for any sort of ethical value.. SHAME ON THESE PEOPE AND THE OWNER!!!! They claim to be an AUTHORISED SAMSUNG PHONE repair shop... Well message to Samsung- is the sort of business you want to be associated with... they will LIE straight to YOUR customers faces , treat them like fools.. also he didn’t even fix the bubbling on gel coat- 10 minutes later it’s bubbling again!! USELESS!!
I should have known they were a bad business, on the Monday when I first walked to the store, a customer was arguing with a staff member about the agreed cost of some repair that had been done...
