I was admitted into ED a couple of nights ago. As an unvaccinated patient, nurses took extra precautions, I was isolated in a room for a few hours (I had covid, and was on day 8). I was treated like a patient regardless of my vac status. I was given treatment that I needed and the service I was given was great.

I'd like to thank the doctors and nurses in ED (funny ladies), doctors & nurses from 3H covid ward; Lily, Julie, Berryl, Kate & Kelly (forgotten names of the others who were also champs). Discharge was smooth, along with treatment plan.

Some improvements needed: The tea and coffee was too strong or bitter, but I appreciated their service, on time. Also, there was a minor miscommunication between front reception and ward nurses. No visitors were allowed as covid ward is self explanatory but front reception were unaware and given out dated info to my fam. All was sorted quickly and my goods were dropped off at reception and I received it within 20mins.

Thank you RPH.

Had an open liver resection in march this year. Was super anxious leading up to the op. But the doctor's, surgeons and theatre nurses were all really supportive, they explained everything to me and were very reassuring. Also the ward nurse Darren was also amazing. Shame he couldn't of been my nurse for the duration of my stay.

Shout out to all staff at this hospital. You are all amazingly caring and professional. You kept my sister and I well informed in regards to our Dad. With total compassion and thoughtfulness.
Total respect for you all

I had to take my 81 year old mother into RPH emergency department I cannot speak highly enough of the care she received. There are no words to express the gratitude my family feel for the skill & kindness shown to us all in a very difficult time. The staff were obviously busy & pushed for time but nothing was to much trouble. Thank you from all the family

Best experiences both in Outpatients and general surgery.
Some patients behavior towards staff is disgraceful and if they are going to behave that way they should be refused treatment.
The nurses and doctors provide 1st rate treatment

Another visit that can only be described as excellent (once again), for treatment @ RPH. All staff (the entire team) that I have met (from reception to specialists) appear to have a consistently positive / cheerful and dedicated attitude in their daily activities (despite the heavy workload). Communication among the health professionals (and patient) is amazing and results in a seamless and relaxed experience as one is walked or wheeled (and the attention given) from one place to another. Once in theater for the operation (probably the best part of all) - a close knit team of doctors, nurses and specialists work in what seems like perfect harmony to produce the best possible outcome! Once again, a big thanks to all staff @ RPH!

I would like to express my impressions as a patient at the Royal Perth Hospital. The large number of specialists who took excellent care of me is unthinkable in Germany. The friendly relaxed and compassionate nursing staff did me so good. In Germany, everyone is under stress and time constraints, and not just in the clinic. Everything has to happen quickly. Human concerns cannot play a role. The four Dresden emergency rooms turned me down even with suicidal pain from a urinary tract infection because I didn't have a fever. The food at the Royal Perth hospital was very good and sufficient. Unpredictable medical crisis situations can hardly occur in your hospital because your ongoing controls are so good. Many thanks and great praise to the human and professional highly professional staff.

With grateful regards!
