NAB branch

Was at bank at 9am to open a joint account with my son...we had to wait 20 mins in the line ... 4 staff there but only one serving the customers....so finally someone served us only to be told we had to make an appointment open an account....I said no we are here now to do it and she said she can't do it...we asked to get someone who can do it...she said we have to make an appointment to open an account...my son already has an account with nab...but after today he is closing his account and we will go to another bank and give them our business... so frustrating!
