Come and visit the Paten Park Native Plants Nursery that replaces the previous Greening Australia one. We are at the end of the signed turn-off from Paten Road at the far end of the Park. Plants galore from $3 and open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 4pm. Well worth a visit when updating your garden.

Some initiatives established on this ground like 'The Gap Guides' , 'The Gap Scouts' and 'Paten park native nursery. There's a basketball half court, bikeway, dog off-leash area (including a dog off-leash area for small dogs), habitat restoration site (Men of Trees) and a playground.

Good safely fenced park, has a puppy area as well, generally lovely people & dogs (of course usual discretion should apply) but very dusty, not great for dogs to want to keep clean!

Great park for dogs, lots of space to run around including man made mini hills and a sand pit area. New turf has been laid and park looks like it's just undergone some work.

Wonderful place with lots of wildlife. There green army were here a few years back and they did a fantastic job at removing invasive plant species. They also did lots of re-planting of native plants, including a bee garden and butterfly garden.
There are lots of great animals to bee Seen here from lizards, snakes, beetles, butterflies and a few cheeky bush turkeys sterling all the mulch!
There is also a plant nursery here where you can purchase plants and get advice on how to grow them.
