Storage King Durack

We have moved our stock to Storage King Durack for a few months now and we have really good experience. Brad and Jim are very professional and helpful. Our business is expanding and we keep getting more storage for my stock as we know it is taken good care.

I highly recommend Storage King in Durack for its exemplary service and competitive pricing. Steve, in particular, was always willing to assist and created a very good first impression, jokes and all. The storage units are clean and easily accessible via stairs and a lift. Trolleys are provided. Overall, my experience was very positive and if I need to store my stuff ever again, I'll certainly be back.

Little disappointed with the management attitude. My payment didn't go through I rang them to advice I was coming Friday to make the payment, which I did today. Now the guy that I spoke to over the phone said it was ok and I wouldn't be charged late fee because I made contact and explain I was paying in catch on Friday today, so when I arrived my code number wasn't working I went inside and explain to the management, if he could let me in so I could let the boys in the truck unload and I will come back to the office and pay him, well he's attitude wasn't very nice then he charged me the late fee, I explained what the other guy had said and he just said he's new he doesn't know much. That's not fair mate you should honer his word. He just made a little witch upset

They apparently took my padlock and closed my account despite my up-to-date payment schedule purely because my locker was empty at the time (how they could know this, I have to wonder). Was advised I would have to go in during office hours and re-rent my locker despite presently being in a month that I have already paid storage for? Have been waiting 2 days to get a response after sending an email and website enquiry, seeking confirmation that I have no upcoming debits from them and hopefully money back for my padlock and their genuine lack of service.

Used storage only for a day and moved everything out the next day. Asked if I could have a discount as I paid a monthly fee. Even charging me half the month would have been nice. But my request was refused, even though my padlock was off, hence he could have rented it out to someone else, earning double for same storage space.
Easy access and clean. Can't say much more as I only used it for a day. Staff friendly, despite the inconsideration.

Rang Steve up in the morning to organise a storage unit, absolute brilliant fast service I took the deal.. By 230pm I was still struggling to get to him for the unit as he closed at 3pm.
He waited for me as I called to say I am 4mins away I'm on Blunder road.
Gosh he held that door open for me and started processing the paper work meanwhile someone else was struggling to get there too.. That door was held open.
Processes were fast and man he knows his stuff..
I am very grateful to his impeccable friendly fast and absolute service to a tee of a business man.
Thank you Steve if you knew my Saturday then you'd be happy to know how grateful I truly am.. Stopped me from all sorts of delays
To Storage King tis man is an absolute asset he's diligent fast informative cos info was delivered very well.
