7-Eleven Salisbury

One of the new 7 eleven shop in Brisbane. Big, specious and clean. It has two entrance as it located corner of two roads. Fuel prices are bit cheaper than other shops. Inside the store is neat and tidy. Stuffs are helpful.

This is the first 7-Eleven who has only one milk bottle which is expiring in one day. When asked for a replacement, this particular staff member replied unprofessionally that they haven’t received the delivery yet. Generally the staff members of this 7-Eleven have excellent customer service but tonight I saw this staff member for first time and he refused to replace the bottle.

Very hard to find 95 petrol ⛽️ but eventually found this outlet 👏🏻

Never coming here again. This morning he tried charging me more for fuel then I took. When I called him out he argued. Then i wanted
to purchased a smoothie and some chocolates. 16.50 later. Like the smoothie was 4.50. Wtaf . Called him out again. Then charged me full price (6.50) for clearance chocolates. That dude is ripping people off and pocketing the difference. Biggest scam ever 😒

Worst costumer service ever!! Never coming back here again. Came at night time and asked the guy in there about what I wanted and he said they don't have it. I looked through the window and it was on the shelf!! He lied about to not go and get it!! I told him it's that what I needed and before I finished my order he went and grabbed it and through it on the bench. Told him that I needed another thing and he started complaining about how hard it is to go get something and come back again and was very rude!!

Everything inside is at least $1-2 more then anywhere else around. Drive 2 minutes and you’ll be happier. Small can of coke over $3!!

Used to like this 7-Eleven but the early morning staff member today was really quite unpleasant. Made me hand over my phone to use my fuel discount because "it won't reach". I usually make my own coffee but they were adamant I couldn't come in. Then they asked me to repeat my coffee order multiple times before I gave up and went to Macca's instead where they (of course) had no problem with my order. I realise coffee isn't part of their core job role (otherwise stars would be much lower) but it would certainly improve the customer experience if you're not going to let customers in store early morning for security reasons.

Avoid it very rude service no response not professional I spend thousands on fuel Other stuff I’ll take my business elsewhere
