Attended Paw Patrol this morning. Did not have to pay for parking even tho I got $20 cash out b4 I left. Clean, hot food, chips/iceblocks and coffee, lots of parking, 2 toilet facilities, lots of ushers to help find seats. Overall a great experience. Did not get lost once, even found my car.

Great venue. Plenty of parking. Good acoustics. Bars need a upgrade with beer on tap. Instead of bottles opened and contents poured in to plastic cups.

I was here for the KISS concert last week. Ample parking and parking attendants to guide you . Facilities are good and plenty of amenities. Can be a hassle to get out after the concert, especially if you're headed South or West. Overall, great place to see a band or other entertainment. JP

The Killers were fantastic, this is the second time I have seen them here. The staff are friendly but I marked this venue down as the food is just so expensive. Two 600 ml bottles of water and two cracker dogs ( like Dagwood dogs ) cost $28 which is way crazy. The parking is a flat $18 no matter what area you park in. I love coming here as it usually means I will be seeing a band I like. Last band I saw here before this one was Kiss they were really great I was surprised as I expected less 🤘🏼

This is a very large venue. There were plenty of marshals to direct traffic, and plenty of parking spaces.
The process of moving large numbers of people into and out of the venue is very well managed.
The auditorium is a vast room and from the back even the video screens weren't large enough to enable many in the audience to feel engaged with the performer/s.
Staff in all areas were, without exception, friendly and helpful.
When the performance is under way and the overhead lights are dimmed, the frequent flashing of the ushers' torches as they guide people moving about is very distracting.
The bank of orange lights at the front of the stage facing the audience throughout the show are too bright, as is one of the video recording monitors.

Parking was surprisingly easy being my first visit. They certainly know the drill and the optimal traffic management. The venue itself is well laid out with plenty of room to move around for merch stands, multiple food outlets and bars, and areas to sit and eat.
Finally getting inside the arena, seating was easy to get to and had a good view of the stage.
Leaving took very little time, and most drivers were sensibly letting others out to keep the traffic moving.

Went to a concert here. Lots of parking. Bar and toilets cater well. Seating was fairly comfortable, some more leg room would've been nice. We had a great view of the stage. Only detraction is when the evening is over. Prepare to wait in traffic awhile.

Always love seeing shows at this Venue. Ever since I was a little girl, I always felt the safest here. There are plenty of security in and out of the premises always cautious, knowledgeable and friendly ready to help you in any way. I saw my first concert by myself with my friend a few weeks ago and we felt very secure. We even decided to catch the train back home to avoid traffic and in the station there were still security out and about making sure everyone was safe and could get home comfortably. All of these safety precautions did not stop the quality of fun though. The atmosphere was amazing! You could feel the stage presence even if you were on the upper seats. I didn’t find the lights to be too distracting or too bright, like some venues, it all supported the act very well. The sound quality is also top tier. Very well balanced and clear. The chairs that I sat on was very comfortable as well. The only thing I wish they improved on is cheaper beverages, most importantly water. I’m pretty sure I paid $7 for a 250ml bottle of water. As you’re not allowed to bring outside foods, they should provide water at least. At a big concert, it’s really important to stay hydrated, for me at least. I’ve found in so many more concerts now, the audience gets so dehydrated and weak that they have to be escorted out of the show early due to headaches to even unconsciousness. I understand the prices in these types of venues are always going to be overpriced, but I really hope they keep this factor in mind for the future as it does effect the health, safety and quality of experience for the audience.
