Fresco Rochedale Central

We have been buying lunch packs and breakfast packs from here for months. Walk in the other day asked for two packs got told they don’t start till 11. We have been getting them well before that mate. His reply I don’t get the money from the packs so you can’t get them. That guy has to be the employee of the month, just let the young girl run the shop as the Asian guy is losing you customer.

Terrible foods. Don’t stock any of the normal staples. How this got the IGA label is beyond me. Rude staff.

I like this store, open late and all of the staff give me a smile, clean store and very pleasant staff.

Except for the name, there's nothing IGA about this place. A petrol station has more common products.

Lots of shops, i espically like McDonald and Coles which is very close to each other, one of my favourite shopping centers

For a place that promotes being rated 5 star on Google quite intensely around and inside the store, they definitely do not provide 5 star customer service.

This place was an independent Asian store and is now under the Fresco banner. It seems that management has remained unchanged.

I had to press the service bell twice and waited 5 minutes before someone came out to assist whilst still on their mobile. Let’s assume and accept that the call was of a work related nature, he didn’t even excuse himself from the call to offer assistance to me. Did you expect me to wait indefinitely for you to finish your call?

I may have continued to wait patiently, but I was less than happy and impressed. After you moved your attention to me for the quickest moment, you asked me what I wanted and replied so quickly I didn’t quite understand you and you returned to your call.

I then looked around myself and left the store. Fresco name, but definitely not the Fresco service. Not interested in returning.

Solid coffee and baked New York cheesecake.

Small market for daily needs ,a cafe ,good doctors ,restaurants ,grocery store,liquor store ,property managers with good amount of parkings
