Mastercraft recently completed a roof restoration for our home and the work performed by Michael was excellent. He went to considerable care and cut no corners in delivering both excellent service and a fabulous result. Having built three homes, I can say he was one of, if not the best tradesman we have ever encountered. The attention to detail and the work performed was truly impressive. His site preparation and clean up was completed to the highest standard. My contacts with Brett, the owner and Wendy in their office was easy and always responsive. Mastercraft did a great job on our roof restoration; Brett was very thorough in his explanation of the process and their product overview; Workers were pretty much on time, hard working and professional; and the office staff helpful and available after some minor initial communication hiccup. I got several quotes to restore my roof, Mastercraft's quote wasn't the cheapest nor was it the dearest, but because of Bretts expert salesmanship and professionalism I felt comfortable to go with them, and I am so happy I did. The contractors who did the job were great, they actually left my house (gutters and under the eaves) cleaner than they were before they started, and the job they did on the roof was immaculate. It's been 6 months since my roof has been done and I still admire it every time I pull into the driveway. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi please be aware of this service, my experience with this business hasn’t been a good one, I paid $250 for an inspection that took 10 whole minutes, asked for multiple quotes on multiple options for a roof repair, it’s been almost 3 weeks and haven’t herd anything. Having delt with many of tradesman in the past and being one myself, I think the service was poor and wouldn’t recommend.

Just don't...screws rusted after apparently being repaired. Could hear repairer stomping on roof and was later told by Solar installer that I had a number of dips in my roof and to top it of the colour of the roof differs for the colour of the wind vents which were supposed to be the same colour. Don't talk to Petrina as butter would melt in her mouth but she is uselessness and if you have a problem be prepared to get the run around.

I would recommend Mastercraft roofing. They reclipped and sarked my tile roof and replaced gutter guard. 1100mm in a week was a good test.
