Nikala's advice prior to the sale was spot on and this led to a sales result that exceeded my highest expectations. Nikala's marketing strategy was paramount to the exceptional result that was achieved. Furthermore Nikala brought a talented team which included painters, decorators and photographers all who contributed significantly to the presentation of the property.

Professional͏ & timely service
Nikala͏ was a newly appointed agent & was not involved in the initial two open inspections. As we were familiar with the property, I made contact with Nikala on a Sunday & she never hesitated in negotiating on our behalf with the seller. By the end of the day, we had received a contract.
Nikala was obliging with anything she could do to make our purchase as smooth as possible, including a late notice pre-purchase inspection & handover prior to an extended settlement date.
To finalise our dealings with Nikala, when I collected our keys we received the most beautiful gift basket. It was just a lovely touch.
I had been keeping a close eye on the 4073 & 4074 markets for some time & I believe Nikala is achieving some fantastic sales results on behalf of her sellers. We wouldn't hesitate to use Nikala for selling or purchasing again in the future.

It's؜ been a great experience renting my property through Belle Property Sherwood. They promptly provided information about their services, whilst their costs were at the lower end of the various quotes I received. Unfortunately my property wasn't available for about 7 months due to delayed renovations, but Belle Property was patient and followed up regularly but didn't harass me. They also provided recommendations for trades where I needed them. The ad went up the day after I handed over my property, the showing was a couple of days later, I had multiple reference checked applicants in my inbox 4 days after the ad went live and a signed lease within 7 days of the process starting. I cannot say enough about Nikala. Highly professional, empathetic and almost ridiculously communicative, she was patient and caring when she didn't need to be.
