As a female living alone, I was careful to choose an apartment that I felt safe in and had reliable property managers I could trust and call on for assistance. My apartment itself was gorgeous, and I loved the shared pool/spa and BBQ area. I felt safe going to the pool alone as it was well exposed and there was always someone working from the Jade team nearby. The Jade apartments location also could not have been more central.
Naomi and David are based at Jade apartments so once I moved in, both of them were always there to help if I needed anything. They were also very quick to respond to emails and calls, even after hours. I would easily say they went above and beyond in their roles and therefore I would highly recommend both of them and the Jade apartments.
People who worked onsite (David, Naomi and Linda) were very friendly and helpful on multiple occasions.
Laura helped me to find a cleaner when moving out and gave me some tips about the procedures.
I recommended Jade to a friend of mine, who now rents there and is happy with the place and people who work there.
Hope all works out for you Greg. You would now definitely have a legal liability case against the company and landlord if you or your daughter become sick. Apart from the emotional damages you and your daughter have suffered. Especially the threat of snakes would have definitely affected your daughters sleeping. Go get a Lawyer mate.
Let's hope this Real Estate Agency don't find some lame excuse to kick you and your daughter out.

How unprofessional of this organization to allow this to get to the point the poor man has to go to the media because of your inaction to fix this urgently.
Fix this now and offer some compassion .
The rating by Drew 4 years ago talks about flooded apartments and black mould. .
We also had the pleasure of dealing with agent Kim throughout our tenancy who went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much!
Dealt with the confusion caused by the previous PM, we left the property in good shape, they re-let it rapidly and the tenancy was finalised without any dispute.
If I could give them a negative 10000000 I would. Your agent, Vicki, really needs to learn how to address tenants and the matters that they are concerned with in a professional way. The most condescending and demeaning property agent I have ever interacted with.
Communication has been absolutely appalling and they expect other tenants to relay important information to one another instead of advising them appropriately via email. There have been constant issues with our bond, our rent and this is all because of the fact they fail to communicate anything clearly.
If you deal with Vicki, RUN.
but all in all, it's not stressful, just straight forward....sweetie
