Terrible realestate, tried to rip me off on all that they could. Luckily the RTA helped me out and I wasn't taken for all I had. Very dodgy, money hungry agent willing to do nothing by the book. Some of my things went missing as well. Lies is all I got dealing with the realestate. Avoid at all costs.

Nick Mamara is a liar who doesn’t think he is required to fill out an entry notice correctly, will tell you he did anyway. Don’t trust a word he says.

I was previously a tenant in a property managed by Nick and having been a renter for many years, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Nick was by far the best property manager that we have ever had. With looking up Graceville Realty again recently I was really surprised to see the negative reviews as these are quite contrary to our experience. Thanks Nick, for the positive experience as your past tenants.

I never write reviews but I was only on the phone with Nick briefly and he was extremely rude and unprofessional, not sure why he’s in a business where he needs to interact with people when he’s just plain rude
