After hearing all the horror stories of people dealing with real estate agents it was a pleasure to find such a down to earth and honest approach from Michael. He kept me informed throughout the entire process from the taking of the photos to the signing of the contract. Best of all he was able to achieve a record price for my two bedroom home.

I have known of Franco and VZ Real Estate since moving to Keperra. I would often see Franco & Michael at the local coffee shop, buying coffee for themselves and their staff members.

Over the past ten years Franco has been to my home to provide me with a valuation and I always found him to be friendly, positive and professional.

I sold my house at the beginning of the boom and didn’t find somewhere to buy for five months thanks to the craziness of the market. I ended up renting for a little while and was lucky enough to find a place with VZ Rentals.
I couldn’t say I’ve dealt with loads of rental agencies but the ones I have, have all been horrible EXCEPT these guys!
I was treated respectfully- which is kind of a big deal as a renter. My questions were all answered immediately. My concerns were always addressed without fail.
If I were to find myself in the rental market again, I’d check VZ out first.
If I owned a rental property, I would absolutely get these guys to manage it for me.
