We rented through GiJay for over four years and when it was time to move on, we were sad they didn't have anything that suited our family because we really wanted to stay with them! We dealt with Nonna, Sam and Chhay, and found all of them very good, fair, prompt and honest. They were very understanding of any requests and we could tell that they balanced the owners and tenants very well. We cannot recommend renting through them highly enough. If we are looking for another rental in the future, we will be giving them a call first!

I didn't rent from them, but lived next door to their rental. Got sick of them knocking on my door for a 'chat' about my property. Had people peering through my back door when having a viewing. He put his large for sale sign in the front yard in the way of the letterbox and wouldn't move it, even though there was a disabled lady who couldn't access her letterbox.

Throughout the whole process of purchasing our unit, Chhay has been extremely cooperative and very helpful. He has answered our many questions promptly and in a polite and courteous manner. He is a very professional real estate agent and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
