The slim lady has very good costumer service very helpful on the other hand the fat lady is very rude, she needs to attend costumer service education/training. She claimed that she’s been working in the post office for a longer period of time well in fact it looks she doesn’t have enough knowledge with her work, that fat lady needs to resign, she is destroying the reputation of the company. Go to the other post office if you want to be treated fairly..

I went to this post office with 3 passport applications to do, 1 for myself and 2 for my kids. Although it took nearly 2 hours, I appreciate their help. John & the lady who processed my applications were really good & corrected my mistakes without making a huge fuss about it. John also took replacement photos of my daughter as he wasn’t happy with the one Mt Ommaney Post Office took and didn’t charge me for it.

My friend and I went to lodge a passport application, we were respectful and friendly. The staff member rudely criticised us for a number of mistakes we'd made on the application, did not listen when we voiced our confusion over the specific process for applicants without birth certificate evidence, and belittled us for having obtained our passport photos elsewhere. It was a very unhappy experience and I will avoid going back to this post office at any cost.

Im not sure where to voice my concern.
I got a message today about my parcel will be delivered today... cut the long story short...the post delivery man in Durack delivered my parcel to my next door neighbour.... how do i know? Coz when i checked the status for my order it said already delivered... so i went to my next door neighbour...i looked like a thief not sure if they have cameras but i courageously went up to the door and checked the parcel and yes i was right. Its mine....how irritating is that?
Please make sure you deliver correctly. Double check and triple check!!!!

Pathetic service from what seem to be the manager of the store. I waited in line for over 25 minutes to get a passport application done, finally got to the front of the queue and she advise me to step aside for some time while she got the queue down. One star is way too much

the delivery man lost my item.. i was not compensated properly and did not receive a reply from the post office

Once again, I pay extra for delivery and I wait for the parcel at the front gate patiently. Delivery driver has a pre filled card for me to pick up my parcel 3 days later. Didn't even attempt delivery. Garbage service.
