Australia Post - Mansfield LPO

I’ve had my PO Box since 2012 and I’ve been through 3 changes of ownership of the post office and never had issues up until now.
New owners are EXTREMELY SLOW to finish mail sorting finishing at 12:30pm whereas other post offices have their mail sorted by 8:30am! It’s very frustrating to go and check my mailbox and then have to make a second trip in the day because the staff were slow in scanning in the morning parcels.

Convenient location, friendly staff, quick parcel pickups.

Dear Australia Post, please review the opening hour for the post office. How could others collect the parcel as most of them have to work from Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Thanks

We live in an estate and frequently have parcels that don’t get delivered and simply go missing - including TWO instances of passports being delivered and signed for at an incorrect address (once might be an accident but twice could only be due to incompetence or deliberate wrongdoing). Aus Post is a monopoly and act like it, we would choose literally anyone else if we had the option.

This post office may as well not open ! Unless you are retired, their office hour simply make it impossible to pick up the missed parcel or use any other services if you work !

Disappointing for a neighbourhood post office. As much as I don’t like to leave negative comments, I can’t help it. Poor customer service from the male staffer. Impatient, and has poor communication skills. Did not provide the correct information regarding tracking of international registered post, resulting in payment for a service that doesn’t exist.

Their collection cards still have written that they are open on Saturdays....Rude shock to drive the 30 minutes there only to find out they were closed. They are only open 9-5 Monday through Friday and I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, how am I supposed to pick up my parcel? Bad way to run a business.
