Ben and the team at A.K. Blair made everything so hassle free. My hot water system stopped working at a really inconvenient time when I had family staying. They came out the same day and were able to source a new system and have it installed in no time. I was so grateful for their prompt service. They also fixed a leaking tap for me while they were out which has been driving me crazy for months! So rare to find such a prompt and friendly trades service!

After the recent “rain bomb” disaster our hot water system was inundated by storm water; became submerged and rendered inoperable . Troy gave us a temporary solution until the new unit was delivered and installed THE NEXT DAY! We since had a few slight issues which were addressed and resolved all with a professional and compassionate nature. Recommend highly and will deal with again .

This was a very neat and efficient replacement of an old toilet fitting, in a tricky site. I've been using A.K. Blair & Co for all my plumbing needs for some years, and have always been very happy with the result. It's a traditional family business, with old-fashioned values and modern know-how.

The installer did a fantastic job I could not be happier with the work he did. I don’t believe it was an easy installation due to the old system being removed & the new rules & regulations required for the new Electric Domestic Water Heater to be installed but I’m happy to say it looks amazing & he left the place very clean & tidy. A big thank you.

2 plumbers had to attend due to 1st plumber that installed didn’t complete the job upto left the job incomplete and not upto code however the 2nd plumber that attend was awesome did everything correctly even introduced himself thanks for a great job very impressed. We have been using Blair plumbing for years for our unit block and have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. Always on time and all the team are a pleasure to deal with. We had Matt do our outside taps yesterday and then I had leaking taps in my Unit this morning so spoke to Ben and he had Michael come to fix them within half an hour as he was in the area for which I was very grateful. Worst company, workmanship and boss I have come across ever. Unprofessional, horrific work, lacking any empathy and take no responsibility for their jobs and/or fixing their errors. AK Plumbing came to my rental property without giving any legal notice and without any idea of what they were even doing when I was out and turned my entire once lawns into a massive DANGER site mud pit marked with DANGER TAPE from driving an excavator all over the corner block after the most rainfall we have had in a year and literally lost the excavator into sink holes and bogs, taped off the entire corner block with danger tape and walked away without even so much as a phone call. When called Ben was extremely unprofessional and lacked any transparency about what had happened and what would happen to amend the mess. I have been living with a bog pit danger site as my front entrance, unable to access, for 6 weeks and since they worsened flood conditions every time it rains it has been a mud lake. Don’t deal with this company, they are horrible to deal with and very unprofessional.
