Dana and the team at Fully Integrated Therapies (FIT) are true professionals. Their physio knowledge is impressive. With my condition they knew EXACTLY what to do , but more importantly what NOT to do.
Their treatment , advise and service are 5 star all the way .

These guys have been there for me from the beginning when now one else was after the car accident; now three months down the tract i consider them friends. They are professional and cautious and I know they care. Not sure how or where I would be right now without them.
I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I saw physio Allison Bryant. She explained my condition wonderfully. Taught me how to improve things. I left very thankful that my excellent Dr. Recommended an excellent physio. I would recommend her most highly.

Having experienced time poor hospital physiotherapists and other local facilities the FUT Coopers Plains practice turn by Dana is light years ahead in treatment and management of injuries or general fitness services.
We have been using Dana’s services for over 14 years now and love it.

Not usually a big fan of physios but I can honestly say that Luke who works here has been really helpful and is helping me work out best way to get back to linedancing in time. Recommend highly.

My mother and I attended this practice for about 4 times my mum and 3 times myself. The physiotherapist Richard was great. However, there was a mistake in the administrative system about the number of times I have attended 3 of the 4 sessions authorized by my doctor referral from Medicare. I got a call one day to ask to pay one session that appeared unpaid in the system. I explained that I was attending Medicare Bull billed sessions and asked to check this with my doctor. I still had one session left just before Christmas, so we didn't attend for a while. The manager Dana called me one day very furious. She asked for my name and I said yes, this is... then she said something around : Ahh.... Your are the one hiding and don't want to pay your last session. At last I got you, and you better pay right now..... etc. with treats. I responded saying that she should review her company's admin system and check how many sessions my doctor had approved and make sure that they did their admin properly before insulting her customers. I called Medicare and my doctor and ended up to find out that there was a mistake between the doctors surgery and medicare from a previous podiatrist session. The point here is that the situation had nothing to do with me and this lady was accusing me of deliberately refusing to pay them. The other point, is the disrespectful way this lady insulted and directed her anger towards me. We never went back to this clinic. we feel sorry we missed the treatment by a great Physiotherapist. I recommended the manager needs to attend proper in-service training to the admin staff and for herself. Find out what the problem is before accusing her clients.

Beware HCF customers. The practice told me there be no gap for initial appointment under the HCF More for Mussel Program & reassured me another HCF customer paid no gap earlier in the day then acted dump after the treatment saying she knows nothing about it even though she had HCF booklet with details of the program in front of her. Really disappointing experience.
