I can very highly recommend Alyssa if you want a thorough, evidence based approach to your health. Alyssa has helped my body get 100% back on track and we know this by testing, addressing the issue, then re-testing. Alyssa isn't the sort of therapist to over-prescribe or make you see her for longer than you need to. When you are in need of taking supplements, you only need to take them until the problem is resolved. Love her approach.
