Good old customer service, nothing too much to assist people. Pharmacists did all they could to ensure I was able to get essential medication even via other other pharmacy.

Local chemist located in Great Western Super Centre. Very popular and often a queue waiting to be served however, moves fairly quickly. You can also book vaccinations for COVID and influenza here.

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable staff. When I came in recently I was extremely stressed due to not being able to get my sick baby into the doctors due to them being booked out weeks in advance. Tori was an absolute superstar, she took the time to make sure I am okay, helped me calm down and made sure I got as much help as I possibly could from the pharmacy. The staff in general here are very friendly, patient and accommodating. Such a great local pharmacy.

Didn’t have an antibiotic in stock and instead of suggesting an alternative they made me wait 10mins and then just sent me on my way without anything for my baby. I went to another pharmacy who advised it was a supply issue with the particular concentrate on the script and they were able to provide an alternative instead.

Worth noting here is that any time I want to call through to speak about my medical cannabis in any way, I have to wait 2 mins and 35 seconds before the call goes through (automated introduction message goes for this long, every time one calls: it’s about COViD (vaccines etc), and a bit about the medical cannabis situation.
