I went to buy puppy stuff as we were getting one. The ladies who work at this store were both very helpful and friendly. They took their time explaining things like treats, toys, leads etc. that are best for my puppy.

They signed me up as a member which is awesome to get discounts. I will also book them to do puppy school and I think it'll turn out great.

Amazing customer service today at the keperra store. Helped me find the exact food in a 20kg bag and ziwi peak treats for our samoyed puppy! So bright, friendly, positive and smiley! Made my entire day better just having someone be so nice! Even carried the big bag out to the car! Great person, Great company!

Spacious store with all manner of items for creatures with feathers, furs or fins. Helpful staff but double check the shelf price matches the register price.

My 4th or so visit over the past couple of years - was assisted by a friendly team member Kaitlyn (in training), it’s this kind of service, which will bring me back! We’ll be local soon so it’ll be our ‘go to’ for our two boys 🐶🐶 - Grooming for the second time and fabulous too , thank goodness no more wet ears and ear infections (previous groomer would always leave inner ear wet)!

I do recall a time we didn’t enjoy our experience at this store …. something has definitely changed , fabulous!
