We moved from Melbourne to Brisbane.
Allied's service at both ends was excellent. They delivered our belongings this week. Arrived on time - Josh, Tui & Kane worked really hard. Nothing was too much trouble & they had the full container unloaded in 2.5 hours. Very obliging & helpful.
Couldn't recommend Allied any higher.

I can only relate our experience with this company. We were moving from SE QLD to NORTHERN NSW with a few months in storage. The guys who came and carefully packed our possessions into a shipping container were very careful and respectful of our possessions. After a few months we called for our furniture and such to be delivered to our new address. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was a different shipping container (photo’s available). When the seal was broken in front of us and the doors opened, we noticed our boxes marked “Fragile” were on the bottom, still hopeful that all would be well because of the amount of bubble wrap and padding such as blankets, sheets etc. We had carefully packed our possessions in proper removal cartons we thought all would be ok. CONTAINER WAS NOT PACKED THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL ONE. To our dismay as the unloading began we saw very few pieces of our furniture has escaped unscathed. Most pieces had Chips, scratches, dents and gouges in them. The worst was yet too come when we discovered that a coffee table given as a wedding present to my parents in the 1940’s WAS TOTALLY DESTROYED! Then other pieces in the same condition emerged. When we opened our proper removalist boxes we found many had split down the corners and were compressed as something heavy had been placed on top of them at some stage (photos available). Many many of our family heirlooms and other prescious pieces were completely destroyed. Some of the items we couldn’t even take out of the bubble wrap for safety reasons. When after many phone calls to different numbers and countless messages left, we finally spoke to a lovely lady in Melbourne who then had someone from the Brisbane office contact us. Even as requested, we sent all of the photos showing different containers, damaged packing boxes and destroyed furniture, the response, THESE THINGS HAPPEN!!!!! These things were our memories and our much cherished possessions! But THESE THINGS HAPPEN!!!!!!🤷‍♀️ We just wanted answers to our questions, Why different containers, Why were our possessions repacked carelessly? And why should we accept THESE THINGS HAPPEN. Value for the money we paid for this service NO. BE VERY CAREFUL OF WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR MEMORIES AND YOUR IRREPLACEABLE TREASURES.

Have had our furniture in storage for 5 months, it was delivered & unpacked on Monday 28/2/22, nothing broken or damaged & the 3 guys (Adam, Kane & Josh) who unpacked were very helpful & polite, would highly recommend this company

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been without my goods - shipped from the UK - for 5 months. My goods arrived into Australia many weeks ago and Allied had one job of bringing my consignment over from Perth to Brisbane. Unfortunately I had no say in using the company as my shipping company in the UK use Allied as a local partner in Australia. I’ve been given misinformation, lack of communication, changed information and staff members in customer service who can’t be bothered providing solutions to simple tasks such as me trying to make a payment. I’ve had countless excuses as to why my consignment is delayed - and it’s now to the point where the staff are seemingly intentionally pushing back delivery - either for fun or because they’re punishing me for making formal complaints to them. I paid almost $1500 to them weeks ago to bring my consignment over from Perth yet they’ve taken my money with urgency but haven’t provided any service in return. I think that’s called fraud.

We had our items collected from Australia early October 2021 for shipping to the UK!
Its now 1st March 2022 and our items are still with Allied in Brisbane we email once a week and now receive no replies we are currently sourcing power of attorney for my son to go and remove the goods from Allied and we will then arrange alternative shipping company as Allied have renegade on there contract with us to ship our goods as per quotation and documentation received from Allied. We used an independent insurance company and they have also sent communications to Allied with no reply!
We have used Allied for nearly 15 years as we homes in different countries but they have never been so poor at providing there services!

If they where to send the items today we wouldn't receive them until June 2022 that would mean 9 months to ship items that should take 3 months at most!

We finally received our items 10 days ago! Some damaged items, luckily repairable, had no communication from Allied after reporting damaged items! Pathetic service provided by them!

Took half of year for our staff to be delivered from UK to Australia. Even it arrives to Australia and passed a clearance was another month our goods to be delivered from Brisbane to Gold Coast. No communication from the company side, always had to contact them to find out at which stage is our delivery. Poor quality. Will not reccomend

Absolutely useless stay away did not even do the quote they arranged with us rang got no rang got no then they didn't turn up for their time for arranged quote

Could not have had a more opposite experience than we had with Kents 6months ago. Graeme was fantastic, providing updated costs when our move volume changed. They were not able to have inhouse packers provided so instead arranged for The Finishing Touch team to pack (excellent experience there as well). Graeme even came by on a Sunday afternoon when our packing materials (delivered Friday for a Monday pack) were damaged due to a rain leak into our rental garage. Would 100% recommend for local Brisbane moves.
