By far the best GP clinic I have been to! Great doctors - caring and very knowledgeable and understanding. Friendly staff. Super accommodating. Short wait times and lots of extras like Physio and Psychology. It is like a one stop shop for all your healthcare needs. Can usually always get an appointment on the same day. Highly recommend 😀

If you’re after having your time wasted, this is the clinic for you! Went in with my partner who hasn’t slept properly in days, was simply told there was nothing they could do, wouldn’t prescribe anything to assist at all. How is someone supposed to get help when the practitioner won’t listen to the patient? Great, Dr. Armstrong, thanks for nothing!

Dr Marie is awesome, reception are super busy but always polite. Book a week ahead at the moment for appointments. Ecspecially new patients. I won't mark them down because of this as it's a sign of a great surgery.

This Dr Receptionist are so unbelievably selfish .
I forgot to bring my mask to my blood text next to this Dr Clinic so I politely asked them may I have one ? The male receptionist refused and said I have to the blood test people. There are already a lot of people waiting at the aisle for their blood test and the door was closed. I then went in and explained the situation they still refused to give me a mask , what a kind heart they are , how much the mask cost ???
Not only the male at the receptionist but also a female voice in the next room too !
The owner of this clinic should read this!
Where I see a lot of supermarkets if they see one without a mask , they bring it to them , is this supposed to be opposite? ??

I have been a patient of Dr Armstrong for over 38 years. I have had the up most best care from her and her team for years. Even when she's not available, I find the other Drs like Dr Comberford and Dr Bakshi so easy to approach.

Nursing care is outstanding and always friendly, very discreet and professional.

They also have on site, QML which makes it so much easier if you have been given a blood test to get it done straight away. As well as other Allied Health Services.

Reception staff is always remembers who you are and you always get that sense of family feeling, knowing you are being taken care of.

100% recommend this surgery.. All of my family go there.

If it’s about mental health, just don’t waste your time. I went in after being away from Australia for 15 years and told the doctor what I take to cope with bipolar depression and mania. I might as well have been laughed out of the office. The male doctor even told me to rush as we were out of time. It’s no secret that this country has a problem with mental health services. To see it literally right in your face and from an GP who a person should trust , is confronting to say the least!! I’m sure if you’ve a cold you’ll be told to rest. Medicare card taken.. everyone’s happy. DO NOT go here for anything else. Or any significant health issues. You won’t get treated like a human being at this place. So rude!

Great doctors and great clinic. Very friendly and professional. Always able to book an appointment. A great service to the community. Administration staff are helpful and with a Pathology clinic and Nurse within the Practice it makes it easy to attend all the required health services in the one place.

The staff are always lovely and always have smiles on there faces.
