WW customer service is exceptional. They replaced my double entry doors that another shonky company put up 18 months earlier. These doors are a quality product and the care taken by the installer and the informed advice about fittings was superlative. Highly recommend this reputable company that has a refreshing pride in the product and customer experience.

Hubby & I are renovating & LOVE visiting the Woodworkers. We often come down from Bribie Island. If you can't find what you're looking for at a great price....it doesn't exist. We have purchased several doors & odd & ends and are always thrilled with the products and the service.

John and his team did an excellent job restoring these 100 year-old pub doors for the next century of hard wear and tear from patrons. The Woodworkers' team are great communicators and problem solvers. In our case, the cost of repair ended up around half the price of new doors, while maintaining all of the character of the original heritage feature!

I contacted Woodworkers recently to replace a front door, side lights, framework and sill that I was completely unhappy with. The customer service was exceptional and my door with joinery was ordered within a couple of days.
It is now installed and I am so happy with it.
