I saw Harley at his old salon in Spring Hill and now at his new location in Teneriffe, and both times I couldn't have been happier with the service! The cuts and colour that I have had were exactly what I wanted and to a high quality at a very reasonable price. To top it off Harley is a super personable and friendly person!

Bought a Groupon for a "One visit: men's hairstyling package - Hair By Harley" but when I called a lady told me that they don't do men's haircuts and that I should ask for a refund to Groupon. No further explanation nor apologies, so I sent an email asking for a confirmation or explanation but never received a response. Disappointing customer service.

This Hairdresser been rebranded as Elle Hair and Beauty .in Spring Hill. This business may have to invest heavily on how to deal and handle unsatisfied customers. I had very poor bad experience and treatment from the owner of this shop who mishandled my complaint.

I would highly recommend Hair by Harley to anyone looking for a bridal stylist! I booked Harley for myself and my step-daughter for my elopement. Harley was confident, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were both 100% satisfied with our hair. Harley was able to get through both of us and made sure to double check my step-daughter's hair at the end, with time to spare. The most important thing to Harley was making sure that we were both happy, confident and feeling absolutely beautiful, which was refreshing and made for a smooth start to the day! Thank you Harley, I hope to be able to book you for the big Ceremony next year, when all of our family can attend. You are amazing!

Harley was exceptional at customer service and providing a superb haircut. I personally find it difficult to find a good stylist in Brisbane and he totally fits the bill. I had read the recent reviews about customer service and this 100% was not my experience at all. He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted and then some! I will definitely be going back, plus his conversations and life experiences make you want to support someone like that in the world !

Harley is so lovely and patient and talented! Was very daunted to go to a new hairdresser for the first time in many years and he made it such a wonderful experience. Great colour and cut. 100% recommend.
