Woolworths Moorooka

This is a LARGE Woolworths. When you shop here you are presented with a big range of options to choose from rather than the skinny range that Coles offers. My family does all of their shopping here. We are happy.

I shopped at the Marook Woolworths for the first time on Thursdaynight, as I've just moved to the area.
I was absolutely thrilled as I walked through all the aisles listening to the employees working and communicating with each other and the general public, including myself.
Towards the end of my shop, I noticed a woman standing at a checkout looking confused. An employee swiftly moved in gently guiding her and sharing he'd help her finish her shopping.
At the checkout, I had two young ladies who greeted me and packed my goods.
An attendant kindly took my trolley.
I was impressed at every point in my shopping experience with every member of the workforce.
Before I left, I returned to the shop asking to speak to a boss. I told the young man how impressed I was with the service.
I've never done this before and lived all over Australia. I must say a huge congratulations to all employees for your good nature, great service, energy, passion and enthusiasm 👏
You were all terrific and I was very pleased to shop at Woolworths Marooka! Well done to all!

What happened to my local... it use to be a wonderful store with quality fruit and veg.

Everything has gone down hill except for the staff, they are always lovely.

I'd like to think it's only because it's hard to find staff to keep things top notch, but if you drive 10mins up the road, that Woolworths has everything.

Always an unpleasant experience coming to this Woolworths, store is dark and stock is often limited. Today I was served by a worker that did not display a positive or friendly attitude and could not have cared less about working, they even appeared annoyed at me and swore under their breath. I believe that with some better lighting and a fresher look this store would improve, perhaps staff would feel more uplifted as well. 3 stars.

A couple of staff members there are very polite, helpful and friendly. However they have quite a few staff members who are extremely rude and disrespectful, they are fully aware of their behaviour and could not care less. I had one staff member last week literally accuse me of being a thief until another staff member walked over to tell her that she had just served me. Myself and other members of the community are going to start filming with GoPro's to prove just how nasty and rude a lot of the staff really are, because words can't describe it.

Large store with plenty of undercover parking available. Other speciality stores and cafes in the same complex and nearby.
Has a wide range of fresh produce, baked goods, deli foods and meat as well as general grocery range.

I have been to moorooka woolworths several times, and on a few occasion i use the front desk , i am served by Colette- who is extremely rude. Tonight i waited for 5 minutes at the desk . Noone was there. Colette proceeded to invite someone to the front counter. Did not acknowledge me & proceeded to tell me i must wait because she pulled this lady to the front. Which seemed like her friend. Regardless there was 3 other customers waiting & colette proceeded to tell me i need to wait. Her friend then said noo noo its fine she has been her a while. This is not okey. & this is not the first time. Poor service

Just had terrible customer service by manager Leah and Mikeyla. unprofessional, extremely rude for no reason.
formal complain submitted, Woolworth should aware their discriminatory behaviour. not going back.
