Carleton Custom Upholstery

I am pleased to recommend Patrick and his team to all. We have used Chareton Upholstery a number of times for different projects and have always been impressed with the level of service from the first contact to the finished product and delivery. They have always been prompt and the cost of the repairs have always been fair and the results excellent.

We had two chairs (one antique) and one sofa reupholstered by Carleton. I don’t know the cost because my mother-in-law arranged the work as a gift. The sofa and one chair were completed with excellent results. However the antique chair had staples not driven completely into the back panel. They were about 2ml sticking out, and I wouldn’t have realised unless one staple caught my shirt. They took a little persuading to convince them there was a problem, but did rectify the situation within about 7 days.

Had a quote and accepted they did say they were busy and were going pick up the couch in a few days, that was last year, still no contact.

I've had a few things repaired here now. They've always done a good job, with their repairs being better than the original. Friendly and helpful staff.
