Lounge Life Salisbury

We have had a positive experience purchasing our Karina lounge suite from Lounge Life. Our first visit we helped by Zara. Zara guided us through the store and helped us when we’re deciding on a lounge we liked. We were given a quote for the sale price giving us time to think about it and measure our space to ensure it fits. We went back seven days later to pay for the lounge. This was a positive experience again and guidance was given around delivery and Assembly. Highly recommend Lounge Life for customer service.

Our experience with Lounge Life has been great. We briefly spoke to several staff while we browsed the shop, which had a great selection of well made furniture.

However there didn't seem to be anything that would be a good fit within the dimensions of our home, we were about to leave and NEVER come back, when Benjamin approached us and asked us if we needed any assistance. We explained that we loved the Napoleon but it was too big. Benjamin then went all out explaining that there were many options we could try. Working together but guided by Benjamin's knowledge we were able to come up with a configuration that worked perfectly for our home.

The delivery went very smoothly and the guys from 4k logistics were very polite and professional.

We are very grateful that Ben approached us as we now have a wonderfully comfortable sofa. I thoroughly recommend Lounge Life Salisbury, but mainly Benjamin of Lounge Life Salisbury.

We travelled to Lounge Life from the Sunny Coast and so glad we did. Huge range of couches to choose from and the sales person Tina was great. Happy to help us or just let us look around. She suggested a nice coffee shop we could go to while making our decision but we decided then and there on our purchase. Wish more sales people has Tina's 'not pushy' attitude. You don't find that often any more !!

Friendly, welcoming and well informed staff made buying my new dream lounge super easy. I was kept fully informed from purchase to delivery and the delivery crew were super friendly and got my new lounge safely into position and cleaned up and removed all the packaging with a smile. Can't recommend Lounge Life Salisbury enough 😊.

Needed a couch, they stock all sorts that were of great quality and within my budget. Assistant was very well spoken and very helpful, the process was quick, quotes were delivered swiftly, and the order process was simple.

Would be very happy to purchase furniture from these guys again.

Let me start this review by saying this is a genuine review. I only met Yasmin for the first time when I visited the Salisbury Lounge Life showroom and I have no connection to Lounge Life. From the moment my husband and I entered the showroom, Yasmin couldn't be more helpful. If you're looking for someone who will assist you to style your loungeroom, (not just sell you a sofa), I highly recommend Yasmin. She was very knowledgeable about colour tones, shades etc and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve to style my loungeroom. Nothing was too much trouble for Yasmin. She even looked after our dog outside on one visit, so my husband and I could look together to confirm our purchase. Now that's what I call going above and beyond customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending Lounge Life & Yasmin to family and friends if they were looking to purchase a lounge. Give Lounge Life a look, you wont regret it as they have a great selection of quality lounges and custom made options.

Tina helped me a lot, she was very friendly and explained me how I can put the lounge together and maintain, I like her very much she was very helpful.
