Staff were very friendly and helpful.We drove to this shop from the Sunny Coast,as we liked the way the sofa looked,it was even better in real life,bought it and they will deliver for a very good price.Highly recommend going here if you want something a little unique.

We have purchased a total of three sofas from Lavita Salisbury over the past 6 years and there’s a reason for that…. they have such a choice of furniture that’s so different to the rest of the regular retailers. Not just the same boring thing you see with a slight variation of everywhere else, but a massive range of excitingly classy leather and fabric pieces.

Then there’s the price… that’s the best part. They smash everyone out of the park !

Finally, the service. Yasmin has always been much more than a superb sales assistant, her professionalism and friendly help just simply could not be better. It’s natural for her to be like a friend helping you choose something - only, she has all the information to help you make your final decision with confidence and always a genuine smile.

Great and professional service. Well worth the 90 minute drive from our home in to the store. Ben helped us select and measure up our outdoor lounge setting and gave us an accurate quote before we left. We called the following day to order the sofa and it took less than 5 minutes. Very happy with the service, will be recommending to our network, and most definitely be shopping here again.

I am still waiting on my sun lounge which I ordered on 23 September. Payment was taken on the same day and I received an email that the delivery would occur within 2 - 3 weeks even though they had the stock in their warehouse. I received a text message at the end of week 2 asking if I was available the following Tuesday for delivery. I changed my day around so that I could be home and then advised yes. I heard nothing further until the following Monday when I received a phone call advising the lounge was not on the truck and so it would not arrive until the following Thursday and then could take up to 5 days before delivery. That will take it to 5 weeks since processing of payment which is unacceptable.
If you are wanting a lounge in a hurry and order online, please don’t expect fast and efficient delivery.

Update: I received a phone call late last week to advise that my lounge could be delivered on Saturday 22 October in the morning. I received a text to confirm that it would be between 7.30 and 9.30 and it was delivered during this time frame. The guys took the boxes away and moved the lounge to our nominated area and were efficient and friendly. So after the long wait we have finally received it and are happy with it.

Ben was excellent. Helpful, patient, prompt and communicative throughout the process. He was a big part of the positive experience we had with Lavita. Tina was also a great help. Looking forward to our Outdoor Sofa arriving in 3 weeks.

Recently we purchased a few items from Lavita furniture. While most of the furniture itself is fine, there were issues with not enough screws and washers being supplied etc, and the holes in the sofa were not pre-drilled correctly.
My biggest complaint is the after sales service of this company. Our coffee table came with a significant crack in the stone on delivery. So far it has taken 3 weeks, and we still don't have a replacement. The communication has been slow, and in all honesty quite dismissive, despite my contacting them for updates. For the price, we would've expected much better.
Sadly, all the above reasons would stop us from purchasing again from Lavita Furniture.

I had a query with pricing in regards to promotions and flash sales and the team took the time to break it all down and explain everything required to me. Fantastic customer service. I also drove up to the showroom with the family and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating with our toddlers! Ben took us through a number of options with different packages and sent us away with all the information we needed to make a decision. Happy to say our order was placed today for the best looking outdoor furniture we have found!
