Very overpriced compared to its competitors. Last resort to buy from if you are desperate. Service is a little rude also.

Terrible customer service. They sent us the wrong equipment, and when we asked them about it, we were replied in a very rude and condescending tone by a worker named Gina, who argued in fact that it was our fault. Whether our fault, or the business's, this does not excuse someone to talk to their customer in that way . Absolutely horrendous!

Someone stole my purse from my bag from here a couple of years ago and when I rang and asked if they had CTV of their floor they hung up on me, because of their response I will never go back.

Prices were reasonable and service was good. It's not a Robins'- I did not expect it to be. It seems geared towards professional chefs/restaurateurs of which I am not.

Quality products and very friendly and helpful staff.

haven't brought from these guys, but sent through an RFQ for a shop fit out. The person who got back to me was rude, & didn't seem to want my business. Pricing was good on some thing but not as sharp on others. I wanted to spend my money local, but it wont be with these guys. Wouldn't recommend unless you are in desperate need.
