Bunnings Keperra

I needed some lumber, this is not at all my wheelhouse so I had a lot of questions, the Bunnings staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. Leslie greeted me at the timber & trade entrance and explained exactly what I needed to do, and helped me by suggesting the best material for my job. As it was a simple job the staff were also more than happy to cut my plywood down to size for me. Thank you :)

One of the newer warehouse style of store. Nice and big with wide isles. My experience with the team members I dealt with was good. They were all happy, friendly, and knowledgeable and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I went in store to make a selection on a new tool & was assisted by a very helpful staff member & just copied down that item number for when I could afford it. Several months later when I could I just went onto the web page, typed in the number & after checking for availablity, was given directions to the aisle & bay. There were a few pick up & delivery options, but I chose to pick up myself, a very stress free shop.

Is a great size bunnings. Found the staff to be friendly but no one knew where things are. We asked 4 people to only find what we needed ourselves.

Plenty of parking, aisles are wide. Like all Bunnings staff are helpful, but there is never enough of them when you need something.

Very convenient, using the website to find items and then locusts three isle is very handy as times it's difficult to find staff for assistance.

When finding staff they are usually very knowledgeable and friendly.

Large selection of tools (but don't stock Milwaukee or Festool) .

Really nice plant selection but we originally went to buy shower seals and most of them were bent in weird/wrong directions. Also got some good deals on wilting plants that I am sure will be easy saves! Overall recommend just some hiccups along the way

Service in store has historically been reasonable however I ordered a door through the special orders area over a month ago, and have tried chasing it up a few times, but they don't appear to give a cr@p. I just called again and apparently the special order people are all on a break (at the same time, brilliant management) so they asked me to call again later.

Additionally the plant section at the Keperra store is very average so I'm going to return to using the Stafford store as it's on the way to/from work anyway.
