Thank you again, Philip, for the beautiful arrangement with very little notice!

After calling several florists around the area we were unfortunately unable to find any large bouquets that were immediately available.

Thankfully we found Samuel Art Flowers and we were not disappointed one bit.

From the moment the phone was answered, customer service was flawless. During our call I could hear that customers had entered the shop and, after excusing himself momentarily, they were told that he was on the phone and will be with them shortly.

Aside from impeccable customer service, the arrangement we ordered was beautiful - especially considering it was completed in under 4 hours notice! In addition, the pricing is far better than any of the other competitors.

As mentioned by other reviewers, an added personal touch is a text and/or call to advise that the order is ready for pick-up.

The only thing to be aware of is the location as it is on a main road and could easily be missed. Getting out can also be a little tricky as there is limited space.

I organised flowers to be delivered for my sister's birthday. I was not 100% sure she would be working and Samuel Art Flowers was extremely accommodating if the delivery address had to be changed on the day. They also ensured that the flowers were delivered before the business closed (as it was a school this meant before 3pm).
They also sent me a photo and update of when the flowers were delivered. It's not often you get to see the flowers you have had sent to someone so this was a great personalised touch. The flowers were beautifully presented and were very similar to what is advertised but somehow exceeded expectations!

I ordered flowers as thank you gifts to my bridal party. Photos were provided on delivery and the flowers are beautiful. Thank you so much. I will use your services again☺️

Phillip has been friendly, professional and passionate person leading up to our wedding. I discussed with him what I wanted, showed him photos, he showed me some flowers and explained them in detail.
I trusted him with the process and the flowers turned out stunning!

Absolutely beautiful flowers and cake! Was above what I was expecting to be delivered! Great service too! Checked to confirm if receiver would be home and also if there were any issues with the icing being a different colour to what I’d ordered. It was my first time to visit this shop, I have ordered two bunches of flowers. My budget was not a lot but they were just so beautiful and beyond my expectations. Phillip and his wife are so kind and friendly, I have referred them to my friends.

Phillip and SAF gave prompt and outstanding customer service. I emailed them, since I work remotely in the PH, asking if we can add sunflowers to one of the Sympathy flower arrangements and he promptly responded and gave options. They accommodated my request to use blue paper and ribbon for the arrangement. Paid it in the afternoon and they were delivered the next day. The flowers were beautiful and our bosses loved them. Thank you SAF!

Highly recommend! Beautiful flower arrangements with a reasonable price and kind customer service. There are also many different kinds of health indoor, outdoor plants! Definitely visit again :)
