Poco Posy

I have used this service several times for orders to both residential and business addresses. Each time deliveries were located with ease, and prompt in timing.

Every order has been beautiful in design, delivered promptly / as per directions and arranged with stunningly flawless flowers (no bruises etc.).

The company provides processing and delivery updates, as well as confirmation of delivery, which includes photos.

Unlike another online platform for ordering flowers on a national level that I used previously, Poco posy is consistent in providing high quality products and customer service… I truly wish this service was available throughout Australia.

In an instance whereby Poco posy had run out of a particular flower that was pictured in the design of the daily arrangement, a similarly stunning variety was included in its place and complimented the design perfectly.

Outstanding service and beautiful flowers at a fantastic price. Ordered from interstate at 8.30am and delivered by 11.45am that same day. Delivery tracking information provided and confirmation of delivery.

I paid $80 to have my friend receive a bad bunch of flowers sent by Poco Posy. Attached are photos of what my friend received compared to what is published online. None can deny the stark difference between the two! Truly disappointed with my order and feel totally humiliated.

Edit: The company replied saying that they sent out the wrong bunch!

These guys are great. Ordered a hamper for a friends birthday, and really appreciated the text updates, gps tracking, and photo upon delivery. Was nice to be able to see the final delivery. Will use again and recommend. The delivery price included is great!

Received a bouquet as a birthday gift from a friend. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed as they looked almost dead. I contacted Poco Posy via email and received a phone call, they were quick to apologize and sent another bouquet out. They were beautiful! I have bought and received from Poco Posy before and would highly recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Incredible service. I ordered a bunch of Peony's with a candle for a special delivery today and they arrived just after lunch. The bunch was beautiful and wrapped beautifully as well. THE DELIVERY notifications through the go people link was BRILLIANT!!! Loved I could track the delivery and also the POD and notes to the driver. Excellent service all round. Will most certainly order again. Quick service, beautiful arrangements and overall fantastic experience. The pic was from the driver as i am awaiting a pic from the recipient but very happy!!!

The team at Poco Posy are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Especially when I've got myself in the dog house and need someone to have a laugh at my expense. They've been extremely responsive in both FB messenger and on the phone. They've also assisted in delivering to difficult areas without gouging the price. They helped me with my mission of sending a bunch of flowers a week to the women (and one man) in my life for a year! They deliver locally, same day and are very easy to deal with.

This was a project I had wanted to do for a few years and 2022 was the year! Most posy’s were sent anonymously, but that came with its own problems. Some people were questioning how their address was known. I’ve had to perfect my scheming along the way! It’s been very interesting with lots of funny stories, but also fulfilling. I enjoyed the anonymity when sending flowers and Poco Posy helped me maintain this.

Some women said they had never received flowers and the consensus was how special they felt. A lot of people said the flowers came at just the right time and they really needed it. And that is exactly what it was about.

I really appreciate you all at Poco Posy and really love the concept of your business.

I wish I could continue to send flowers ongoing.

If for no other reason, sending flowers “just because” was more rewarding for me than the recipients.

When the women would post a shout out on their social media to the anonymous sender, I loved reading the comments-their friends and family all agreeing that they truly did deserve them and how amazing the person was. I think we all need to tell those around us more how important they are in our lives, and I hope this will send some of you on your own little journeys.
