Not another standard florist!!
Love the Flour and Bloom space, the lovely knowledgeable staff and all of the little knick knacks they stock!
Flowers aren’t something everyone needs but this place sure makes you feel that way!
One of my favourite stores, always helpful
Dried flowers make the best gift for that friend or family member who struggles to keep anything green alive!
Quality, well priced and my home is much prettier and happier for discovering this local gem!

Horrible service! Was using this company for my wedding day to send to my partner… we waited specifically for the day to spend the money we did on their selection of flowers to be thoroughly disappointed. I’m glad on the day, that my brother went and picked them up for me otherwise I would’ve been incredibly disappointed and embarrassed. Will not be recommending them again.

The first photo is the one I received second photo is what should have been. I’ve emailed them countless times to no response.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in store to customise a bouquet for my University graduation. I explained that I wanted pinks and purples and pointed out a few specific flowers (I understand this is dependant on what is available). I paid up front $200 and organised a date and time the following week to pick up. I called on the day an hour before just to confirm the time and I was told that they couldn’t find my order which had been misplaced and they would start making my flowers now. When I picked up the flowers it was very poor quality, lots of tiny cheap looking filler flowers and was of an orange colour scheme, this was clearly rushed in under an hour. I expressed that I was not happy with the bouquet and she was happy to change the arrangement around. It was still horrible and probably worth $90 at best. Upon leaving she asked me to pay $200 which had already been paid and also received attitude from a lady sitting in the corner. When I looked closer the roses were brown and wilted on the edges and the whole bouquet lasted under 5 days. I sent an email including pictures of the bouquet but did not get a response at all. I then messaged their Instagram and also got no response (the message had been seen). I did not want to complain publicly as I did not want to potentially effect a business, however I had no other choice. I just wanted this to be addressed. Thank you

Such an amazing store and beautiful flowers. I couldn't of felt more at ease with the knowdge of the staff and how I was treated in store as I have zero idea about flowers. Thank you to Lauren and the team for all your help and making me feel comfortable and not so much of a dummy when there job well done

I have followed Flour and Bloom on Instagram for years, so I was excited to order a $200 flower arrangement for an event I was hosting. Unfortunately, I've been left disappointed.

Firstly, it was really hard to initially get hold of them. I tried to reach out via social media, email and multiple phone calls. However, I knew they were busy, so I persisted. When we did speak, there was a photo of an arrangement that I sent, and I wanted to order something as similar as possible. The woman was friendly and said this was fine. I prepaid. The day before I had a confirmation call asking if it was a bouquet, I said no it was a table arrangement, she asked if it was in a vase and I said no, we had discussed a specific arrangement and photos were emailed. Again, let it go to a simple mistake.

When I arrive to pick up the arrangement the flowers were in such poor condition, they replaced some but sadly, all of the roses were in bad shape. When I emailed to give them feedback, they asked for photos (totally fine) but blamed the supplier. I emailed back a photo and said that if they knew they were wilting heavily, surely, they shouldn't have been used. I received no response to my email (2 weeks ago).

Unfortunately, the general consensus of all the event attendees was that they'd never use this business.

I’ve been a long time fan girl of Flour and Bloom’s Camp Hill store so I knew their new store would be great, but I wasn’t expecting this.
If you cross heaven and a florist - this is what you’d get.
Such big, bright, fragrant blooms sitting in a visually pleasing store, sold by the friendliest faces. This is a must visit!

The flowers in this store is simply out of this world! Beautiful varieties of exotic blooms and by far the best flower arrangers in Brisbane. Treated myself to a bouquet of roses and orchids for my own birthday. Worth every cent.
