One of the few things that keeps me living in Brisbane is knowing I have trustworthy dental services at Bite Dental and I get to see Simon semi-regularly. 😀 Great communication from the front desk to the chair. I've had some complexities that are being well managed as affordably as can be expected in Australia. Simon explains the situation candidly and with balanced assessment of options and I can voice my perspective openly.

Looking for a new dentist that was more convenient to my work. Had a great appointment with Simon, he really took the time to check my concerns and explain current and future scenarios and solutions. Even had photos taken (not just X-rays) to help view the issues on screen. I left feeling like I’d been heard, I hadn’t been given unnecessary treatment and was given practical advice on priorities. All up the best dental experience I’ve had in many years. Will definitely be back for my next appointment.

Simon is fantastic!! He is a very experienced dentist who explains the reality of your situation properly and in a manner that is easy to understand. The moment you enter the clinic, to when you are walking out the door, Simon and his wonderful staff are warm and comforting. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Bite Dental Studios and its staff, led by Dr Simon Franks, illustrates, and has demonstrated to me over many years, the highest of standards and skill, always delivering completely satisfactory results. Another unique aspect of their service delivery is a very competitive pricing structure supported by very attentive administrative staff who provide follow-up calls and reminders as/if required. Being a patient is a rewarding experience. Immaculate offices and fully equipped with multiple offices/experienced dentists. Deserving of -6- stars!

Our family is so happy because we finally found in Simon the best dentist to do our occlusal splints or night guards after visiting several dentists in Brisbane and overseas. He is really an expert and also very nice and professional. The practice has the best location as it is at the heart of Queen St.
