Scooter Village

The staff are super friendly and helpful, had a wonderful experience. My son is obsessed with his scooter. Big thanks to Dylan who was super patient and helpful during our time there. Couldn't recommend this place more.

I recently ordered two new scooters for my children unfortunately one scooter was completely different to what to ordered so I called them up and explained I had received the wrong one and they fixed it up and sent the correct scooter out that afternoon and night recieved the next day. These guys I would highly recommend as there customer service is awesome and they are extremely good to deal with. 10/10 in my books

AMAZING Customer service and product knowledge!! I made a mistake with an online order. Only one phone call needed and Dylan had correct my error and offered fantastic advice on what I needed. With same day postage (express postage) on a Tuesday and received in Nth QLD by Friday lunch! Keep up the great work team!

Went in today to get all my kids a scooter and walked out with one for myself as well! Top place, great quality scooters and great customer service.. highly recommend

Thinking of getting a scooter or accessories? Just go with these guys. Unlike practically all the other Australian online scooter stores, these guys shipped my order in only 2 business days from 2 states over.

Unfortunately our experience has been very very poor. We ordered on the Tuesday with next day delivery, the website saying it would be posted before 2pm the next day. It wasn't posted until after 2pm the day afterwards and now it's Sunday and my son isn't getting his birthday present. Sent a lengthy email and got a terse response "you don't know how busy we are" which addressed nothing. My son has done nothing but ask when his scooter will come, all week. Very poor service and very poor response and a lasting memory for my son's 10th.

I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars,but unfortunately I had to give at least ONE....

I purchased two scooters EIGHT WEEKS AGO.... and they still have not arrived!
I sent several emails which have not been replied to,and every time I ring they tell me I need to speak to the boss 'chris'.... but he never seems to be there,nor does he return my calls.
(Except for once,seven weeks ago when he told me that the scooters had apparently been delivered- even though the package was 'signature only' and nobody was home that day)
-have not been able to speak to the boss 'chris' at all since then,no matter how many times I leave him a message or send him an email.

since then i have spoken to another worker 'dylan' whom was able to tell me that the scooters are marked as 'in transit'

There's now FIVE days until Christmas, I've still got no scooters,and I'm out of pocket $518
And I can't even get a phone call returned.

This is already a rough Christmas for my family as my mother just passed away,so now my kids can all cry around our empty Christmas tree without their beloved granny OR their scooters (which were their main gift)
