Good variety of clothing and footwear, got a good pair of air cushion sandals for a great price.

I had received an incorrect online order that came with 2 different sizes of shoes. The sales persons at this store was very helpful and helped with exchange when other stores wouldn’t. Would make the drive to this store again.

Searched online and there was apparently ample of a particular product in this store . Visited the store and was told they didn't have it or it was out the back not unpacked.

The website shows opening hours but the store doesn’t match them. Click &Collect is random, not bagged, basically taken from the rail and handed over, and the staff interest is extremely low. If I could have gone elsewhere I would have.

It is very evident that Rivers are on their last legs. Don't believe stock availability online. If you go into the store, you'll notice that half the lights are out, probably to cut costs. As an aside, don’t believe the Google search for Rivers DFO Eagle Farm. It says they are are open despite the store being closed down some time ago.

Moderate size outlet for this suburban shopping centre. Best visited during sale times. Handy for picking up reasonable quality clothing.

Shop here often and have picked up many bargains for us and family. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
