All the other 5 star reviews were right - Gwenda not only conducts herself professionally, but also comes across as such a welcoming and friendly woman. Had suit pants that needed to be altered urgently and were done within 24hours. I needed them to be shortened again and Gwenda happily redid them with haste!! Cannot rate her service highly enough!!

I cannot praise this woman enough. I took all my Groomsmen to Gwenda who was so helpful, gave us great advice and tailored everything at such a reasonable price. I was going to take my wedding dress elsewhere before I met Gwenda. I then changed my mind and took my Stella York, corseted bodice, wedding dress in to be altered. There was a LOT of work to be done and she did not hesitate. So professional, friendly and did an incredible job on my dress and in such a reasonable time frame! I had a lot of questions and she answered every one with encouragement and enthusiasm. I am forever grateful.

Gwenda was very helpful with a formal dress alteration. Her expertise turned an expected difficult job into a simple fix. She deserves her great reviews. Thanks Gwenda for helping my daughter with her dress for such a reasonable price. Exceeded our expectations and then some!

Gwenda has done multiple alterations for me that have all turned out beyond perfect (hence why i always go back). She is very professional and reliable and always makes sure you're happy with everything before you leave with your garment. 10/10 :)

I’ve been to Gwenda on a couple of occasions and am so happy with the result of her work.
The first time I thought I might lose my beloved Sass and Bide jacket to a terrible rip, but she managed to find some extra material from an unnecessary part of the clothing to match what needed to be repaired. It looked perfect once it was done and couldn’t fault it.
I’ve never been disappointed and can always trust her decision/advice. She’s lovely and provides great service.

Gwenda was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her. From booking the appointment through to pick up it it was so easy. I had a zip change and hem on my favourite Veronika Maine trousers and they are perfect again. I’ll definitely be back!
