It could have friendlier staff.

Manager is very rude and has a bad attitude and lack of respect for her customers. For no reason other then she was grouchy, she was rude as soon as i ented the store and She had specials advertised at half price and when i went to the counter she refused to sell them at sale price and mocking me saying i dont want to pay full price and its already cheap. Witnessed her also being grouchy and rude to an elderly lady. I dont reccomend shopping at this branch.noni b offered very limited communication and vague apology and wont be shopping at their brand again.

I went to the store today. I had a browse and as i wa slooking at a few little things they had in front of the front counter, the shelf fell off the wall and i was told to leave it and she wil fix it in a second even though i was holding products in my hand that had fallen off so i cleaned it up myself and fixed the shelf thrn i noticed a sale sign with items half price. I picked up 3 items and when i went to the counter, the discount didnt show up and she expected me to pay full price despite the sale sign saying its 50 % off. She then stated the sign up wil be removed and its 3 items which were accessories for only $16 but i dont want to pay full price. I told her that she has a sale sign and she should honour it bur she refused and i asked her why she is being rude and she was just a rude person and in an obviously fould.mood and feels she should only treat people well that she feels are worthy. Very nasty management .will never reccomend this store to anyone. Worst ive ever been treated and was completly unprovoked.

The manager was quite rude and not friendly at all, had a nasty attitude because I asked about their sales in store. I definitely won't be going back

I thought I would write a long review based on my experience last weekend. However, after reading the recent customer experiences, I don't think it would make any difference as I can see the same person continues to ruining many people's days.
I just want to say that the lady at the shop needs to learn first how to behave. Shame on you Noni B for not listening to customers.

Amazing arrive - knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything in detail, very professional.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Happy to shop there.
